REFUND POLICY

OUR GUARANTEE

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and unopened
• The product must be in its original packaging
• You must provide your order number

To initiate a return, email hello@femmenumb.com with your order number and reason for return.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

OPENED PRODUCTS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
